Diane is great at getting over how to improve communication and presentation skills in ways that are enjoyable and also stay in the mind. She doesn't just do generic training but gets into the specifics of the group that she's working with.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you for the invitation to the course yesterday and that I really enjoyed it. I am a firm believer that if we can influence people's attitudes and mindset through coaching then we can change how they perform and I felt that this course covered this to a greater degree than some of the other courses I have attended.
Diane was an excellent facilitator and she kept me interested through the various different role plays and activities that she held. I personally feel that this course would benefit all Management as the message needs to come from the top down and I don't feel that this is always the case. She really takes time to understand the 'problem', is able to quickly identify what is needed and has brilliant, creative ways through her training techniques to help staff embrace culture change. Thanks again for a brilliant training session and for your advice yesterday - I am delighted to report that the conversation I had went MUCH better than I had anticipated. I was still able to deploy the RKSA model, which was really helpful in structuring the meeting, and I also found it really helpful to remember your advice regarding "my role vs their role" – I felt much more confident having spoken to you.
Considering there was a large amount of information for you to get across on the first day, I didn’t feel overloaded, but I thought the way you offered the training using all the different engagement techniques was great.
